you groan loudly, rubbing your eyes with the heels of your palms. “hey, you good?” junkyu asked slowly approaching you from the doorway he’d just entered from. shaking your head you sighed, rolling your head against the back of your chair “no,” you whined “i’ve been studying this for hours and i still can’t seem to remember it.” nodding junkyu laughed before stopping next to you and grabbing your hand, intertwining your fingers. junkyu pulls you up gently, by your joined hands, leading you to your bed. sitting down with a soft plop he tugs on your hand softly, motioning for you to sit next to him. chuckling you entertain his silly whims, sitting yourself down next to him on your bed. backs against your headboard junkyu wraps his arm around your shoulder, pulling you into his embrace. resting his chin on the crown of your head, junkyu brings your hand to his mouth, giving each of your fingers a gentle peck, before lifting his head and placing one where his chin had just been “for now, just rest, you’ve worked so hard lately”
